EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer 14 day exchanges. The products must be in their original packaging and must not be worn and kept in resale condition. If we find that it is worn, we will return the items to you.
Please note that we will not be able to return or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons. This policy exists for the protection and health of customers. Custom-made items are non-refundable.
If you want to switch to a completely different product, you may have to pay the difference in RRP.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number, the item you want to return and what color / size you want to exchange. We will then give you a suitable shipping address. We do not refund shipping fees for exchanges or refunds
Post your refund / exchange
Please keep proof of your shipping fee in case your package gets lost in transit. We encourage you to choose a tracking service so we can process your replacement faster.
If you are an international customer, please mark the package as ‘returned goods’ worth £ 0 otherwise we will not be able to accept the package.

We offer a 7-day returns policy. Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. We allow refunds on most sale items, bundles and promotions* (except final sale items).
Items must be in a resellable state, in its original packaging with its labels still on. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.
We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ on the product page will not be eligible for a refund.
